Roof Coating Systems
Engineered multi-component coating systems — primer, reinforcing fabric, and topcoat — specified for your roof's membrane, climate, and performance requirements.
System Engineering, Not a Can of Paint
A commercial roof coating system is an engineered, multi-component assembly — not a single product applied to a surface. Every coating system we install is specified to the existing substrate, the environmental conditions, the drainage design, and the performance requirements. We follow manufacturer installation procedures precisely, document film thickness throughout application, and provide system warranty registration on qualifying projects.
- System selected based on substrate type, drainage design, and use conditions
- Primer compatibility verified for existing membrane before specification
- Reinforcing fabric applied at all seams, flashings, and transitions
- Wet film thickness gauged continuously to ensure specified coverage rates

Why Manufacturer Compliance Matters
Manufacturer warranties on coating systems require strict adherence to preparation, primer, fabric, and topcoat specifications, application rates, and environmental conditions during installation. Contractors who cut corners — thin application, skipped primer, application over damp surfaces — void the warranty before the job is finished. Our C-39 licensed installers are trained to manufacturer standards.

Coating System Components
Substrate Primer
Manufacturer-specified primers formulated for each membrane type — TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, or spray foam. Primer adhesion is the foundation of the entire system.
Reinforcing Fabric
Polyester reinforcing mesh embedded in the base coat at all seams, flashings, drains, and transitions — bridging cracks and providing tensile strength in the most vulnerable areas.
Base & Topcoat
Multi-coat application at specified coverage rates, built to manufacturer's total dry-film thickness requirement. Multiple coats ensure even coverage and eliminate voids.
Granule or Slip-Resistant Finish
Granule aggregate broadcast into wet topcoat for roofs with regular foot traffic — protecting the coating surface from UV degradation and providing safe walking surface.
